		MAS Damper Designs MAS offers several damper designs: radial and louvered inlet box dampers for volume control and horsepower reduction. Opposed and Parallel blade outlet dampers, Butterfly and Guillotine duct dampers for flow control. Dampers are heavy-duty construction, and designed for the same operating conditions as the fan. Dampers can be designed for high temperature, low leakage or gas tight operation. 		Sound Attenuating Devices MAS can supply silencers, blankets or enclosures for sound attenuating purposes. We manufacture our own enclosures and are able to custom fit the size of enclosure to the installation. A variety of filter designs are available that provide attenuation and ensure clean air supply to the fan. Enclosures Manufactured by MAS to customer size for applications where a silencer alone will not meet the customers sound requirements. Sound transmission through fan housing and from motor can be controlled with a MAS acoustical enclosure. Low temperature and relatively clean air applications. Acoustical Blankets, Silencers, Filters can be supplied by MAS.

		Special Applications In addition to manufacturing fans, MAS is known for providing customized fan components and solutions. For example, MAS supplies fans mounted within special tanks that become part of a system, fans mounted on special platforms to fit into the system and ductwork connections to fans. Tanks MAS supplies fans mounted within a gas tight tank that become part of a system. Ductwork MAS supplies the ductwork for connecting to a system. Double V-belt Drive 60" RB1612 fan assembly designed for 700Hp using two (2) 350Hp V-belt Drive assemblies. High Temperature Vertical Mount Re-circulation Fan Designed to fit underneath furnace, pulling air down thru and discharging back to top of furnace. Unit field insulated. Test Scrubber Skid MAS supplied small scrubber fan and fabricated pilot scrubber skid for customer use as a "TEST" system. Skid built to customer drawings. Drives & Motors MAS can provide a wide variety of drives including direct mounted arr.#4, V-belt drives (both constant speed and adjustable speed), direct coupled and inverter duty drives. Any type of coupling is available with MAS fans. We work with every major motor manufacturer and can provide a motor that meets any specification.
