		Installations
		Installation 1 – Backward Curve Fan 7000 and 1800 RPM Field installation of a 65" diameter BACKWARD CURVE fan, arrangement #7, with inlet box, single width single inlet (SWSI), 1800 RPM, 700°F design. The unit was supplied with a removable casing/box pie section, split inlet cone, and high-temperature aluminum paint.
		Installation 2 – Pressure Blower Arrangement Field installation of a 100-12 PB364 PRESSURE BLOWER fan, arrangement #4, A242 BACKWARD INCLINE wheel, 3550 RPM, 70°F design. The unit was supplied with an outdoor filter-silencer combination, and a customer supplied 100 Hp motor.
		Installation 3 – 48” Radial Blade Field installation of a 48" diameter RADIAL BLADE scrubber exhaust fan, arrangement #8, with RADIAL INLET DAMPER, all stainless steel construction at 1800 RPM. MAS supplied inlet and outlet expansion joints.
		Installation 4 - A 106" diameter AIRFOIL mine ventilation fan Field installation of a 106" diameter AIRFOIL coal mine ventilation system fan, arrangement #3, with inlet box, SWSI, 720 RPMdesign. MAS manufactured and supplied the fan, back-draft damper, inlet damper and operator and inlet ductwork to mine the opening. The duct elbow includes an explosion vent door.
		Installation 5 - Field installation of twelve fans Four (4) 70" diameter RADIAL TIP fans, SWSI, arrangement #7, with inlet box, 1200 RPM, 104°F design. The units are 4 of 12 MAS fans used on a new fiberglass production line. Two (2) 85" diameter RADIAL TIP fans, DWDI, arrangement#7, with inlet boxes, 600 RPM, 104°F design. The units have split 1/4" mild steel housings and supplied, cooper split bearings, vibration switches, and bearing RTDs.
		High Temperature Installations
		Installation 6 - Shop Insulated Fan – Standard Riveted Cladding Size 300 Model RT3012 Arrangement # 8 process fan for 1200°F at 1800 RPM, 13” Ps at standard conditions. Unit shown with 4” mineral wool insulation prior to cladding.
		Installation 7 - Shop Insulated Fan – Premium #12Ga Welded Cladding Size 445 model BI4012 Arrangement #9 U- Belt Fan assembly on RTO system in canning industry. Rated at 1500 RPM and 1000°F operation with 5” mineral wool insulation and #12 Ga mild steel welded cladding, for a more rugged look and better protection from physical damage. Note cladding is strong enough to strap down for shipping.
		Installation 8 - Shop Insulating Pins - Pre-Carburization Vent Gas Fan Size 270 Model PW Arrangement #8 insulated plug assembly for gas tight construction with 7" insulating pines to field insulate. Rated at 3600 RPM and 1800F developing 50" Ps at 70F, .075 #/ft3. Inco 800h wheel and shaft, 310 SS housing with Monel AMCA class C spark proof construction and water cooled double ring packing seal with nitrogen purge.
		Installation 9 – 10000 and 1800 RPM Size 540 model RB1612 Arrangement #8 Fan with 6" shop insulation and 22 Ga cladding. Rated at 1000°F and 1800 RPM developing 54.2" Ps at 70°F, .075 #/ft3. Casing constructed of 1/4" mild steel.
		Installation 10 – Propeller style 8000 and 1350 RPM 42" Diameter propeller style insulating tubeaxial arrangement #9 fan. Rated 1350 RPM and 800°F developing 2.0" Ps at 70°F, .075 #/ft3. Mild steel construction.
